I have a client who wants to disable the email field on the away form. I understand that the system needs some sort of contact point for follow up but my clients primarily use phone/texting with their leads so making email optional if a phone number is required would be very helpful.

This way you’d hit two birds with one stone:
- Respond to all general inquiries from customers automatically using AI
- Have a custom form that asks for the details you require, such as their phone number
