Dividers in shortcuts

Hi, I have a feature request to add dividers to shortcuts. This could be done in a way like suggested messages where you can add [option] in the shortcut, but for dividers it could be [divider] or something. I feel like this would be a great addition to Tawk and help the user experience massively by being able to clearly break up information.

If anyone has any suggestions for effective and optimized current workarounds for dividers in shortcuts - please do let me know.

@JethroPaul For example, it could look something like this:

So you’d put [divider] or something like that and it would replace it with a divider that stretched the width of the chat message.
