User clicks on “We are Here” widget - and would enter straight into chat with welcome message.

With the recent update, the chat widget now includes both a Home screen and a Recent Chats window. To align with your widget’s behavior preference with this new layout, we recommend updating your widget content settings to match the configuration shown in the attached screenshot.
Additionally, please ensure that the pre-chat form is disabled, as it may interfere with the new interface functionality.
