Edit feature for the emails automations

Hi ! I have a really good suggestion that will improve the customization of the emails in Tawk !

The suggestion is that ,
Everytime someone open ticket via email , he get a email with a text that show you
" Hi , Your message has been received and is currently being reviewed by our team.
For your reference, this ticket id is . "

I will really appreciate for reviewing this feature , for get the option to customize the open ticket message and the close ticket message … that will help for a lot of users are need more customization in them business
