I have a suggestion that is a requirement.
Permissions and roles.
In the permissions and roles , I can create a roles and assign to them permissions like: Send reply in tickets, Read inbox history, delete tickets, edit knowledge base, edit shortcuts, view information about custom and many more …
Only cause this , I not use Tawk anymore … I cant allow to my agents edit the knowledge base .
And that really stupid that admins can remove the creator of the property . Update me when you fix this , until that I will not use Tawk
