At the moment, notifications specifically for lead capture events aren’t available yet. I understand how useful this feature would be, so I’ll be raising this with our team as a potential improvement.
In the meantime, you can manage notifications for new incoming chats, chat response, etc, which may help you stay updated when visitors reach out. You can check this guide on how to manage your notification settings:
