Hello!

At the end of the chat it prompt the for to email transcript with mail address.

I have 2 questions

1 ) Why is asking again the mail at the end of the chat when the mail address is already added at the starting?

  1. I made several tests but no mail is received with the transcript, there is some setup to do (SMTP or other stuff? im using the woocommerce plugin) or is just an issue?

Tawk.to mail deliverabiltity is the worst for tickets and transcripts to be honest, it used to be good but it’s been trash for almost a year
