Maybe this should be a bug report instead but I can’t get the cut/copy/paste menu to come up with a right-click of the mouse in the standalone windows app. The keyboard commands work but it would be much more efficient to be able to use the mouse to copy/paste from other apps and documents or even tawkto itself during a chat. That functionality is enabled in the web version, however I find the desktop app works better in other respects.

We understand how having the right-click cut/copy/paste menu available in the desktop app would improve efficiency during chats.
We’ll raise this feedback to our product team for review and possible improvement in future updates.
In the meantime, keyboard shortcuts should continue to work as an alternative.
