In the Chat Widget (Widget Content), if you use the Departments you have set up in your Property, the dropdown in the form for the Visitor seems to be limited to 3 entries and then you have to scroll down. (The size of the dropdown does not change if the (browser) window is minimized/maximixed.) (example screenshots below) We have 4 departments and are concerned that that fourth department is being “missed”. Is there any way to extend that dropdown, to allow for all departments to display?

Thank you for bringing up the issue with the Chat Widget’s dropdown menu for departments. We understand that it’s currently limited to displaying only three entries, which means the fourth department could potentially be missed.
I have already reported this problem to our front-end team for investigation and adjustment. They will work on extending the dropdown menu to include all departments, ensuring none are left out.

Has there been any movement on this problem? Our pre-chat Department drop-down continues to be limited to the first couple departments before the user has to scroll to see the additional departments available…despite there being plenty of room on the screen for more to be displayed.
