Message: I would like to request a feature that allows website visitors to select their preferred communication channel directly from the tawk.to widget interface.
Instead of only offering the standard live chat, I would like the option to display buttons for other channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc., within the widget itself. This would give users the flexibility to choose whether to chat via the browser or switch to their preferred messaging app
seamlessly.
Right now I’m using a card image to manage that but the quality of the image looks odd, but at least its a workaround
