I would like to request a feature that would greatly improve response times and usability.
Please consider adding sound and visual notifications for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger messages, similar to the notifications currently available for live chat messages.
At the moment, when the agent is away from the application, incoming WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger messages only generate a red dot on the dashboard, which can easily go unnoticed.
Having real-time alerts would allow agents to respond faster and provide better customer support.

It would be great if notifications from integrations (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc.) appeared in the left-side menu, just like widget chats, something like Property Name / Integration Name. This would make it much easier to notice and respond to messages in real time.
