Add a form that can be placed either in the chat widget or out side of the chat widget as a separate widget that allows for user feedback within the site.

We appreciate your suggestion to add a feedback form that can be placed either within the chat widget or outside of it as a separate widget. Your input is valuable as we strive to enhance our platform to better meet the needs of our users.
While we currently don’t have this feature available, we’ll certainly take your feedback into consideration for future updates and improvements.
