Right now I can only filter one status type in my inbox. Ideally I would like to see all tickets that are not closed. The only way I can think of doing this is to filter ‘Open’ and ‘Pending’ tickets at once.
Is this an intentional design that it is only possible to filter one status type at a time?
Its not a big deal switching between them but ideally I could just see all of the tickets I need to respond to in one inbox. Without all the closed ones surrounding them.
As an additional feature, it would be great if Tawk could open directly to my filtered mailbox instead of resetting the filters every time. That way I always open directly to the mailbox and I see all the things that I need.
It is more of a preferential thing but it is much nicer to see an empty mailbox once all of the messages have been cleared and then only to reference the closed ones when they are needed.
