Regarding your second request about a global search function, may I confirm what you would like to achieve with it? Currently, you can only view properties associated with your account, as some properties may contain information their owners prefer not to share with others.

No it is the possibility to forward a ticket to another email than the original receiver that I’m suggestion (as you have with normal e-mail clients).
I have more than one propertie under my user, and often in doubt in which one I was communicating in with a certain person. So would love to have the possibility to search tickets and chats across all the properties under my user account.

No, thats allready possible… It is the possibility to forward a single ticket to one (or more) email-recievers one time, that is missing… Thank you
