I have a problem with setting events in Google Tag Manager. I tried according to what is in the knowledge base, a few texts and internet, but still I do not fire up the trigger, thus the GTM event for GA4 does not start either.
I want to measure started conversations, their ending and optionally - creating a ticket.
Has anyone managed to apply it?

Yes, I tried and GTM Preview didn’t see the events.
HTML - Tawk.to listener is firing up on Container Loaded, but there is no dlv - chatInteraction and in Tag Assistant nothing else appears neither in variables nor in tags.
Maybe you should open a chat with Tawk.to incredible support team, I’m sure they will be able to help you.
