How do I contact a user who has left via chat?

Now if I want to contact a user who has closed chat, I can only do so by adding a ticket and sending an Email.
Why can’t I just leave a message? Can users see the alert in the small right corner and see my message when they go to our product again?

Currently, Tawk.to only lets you contact them via email through a ticket. It would be great if Tawk.to added a way for users to see alerts directly in the chat widget when they revisit your site

they were working on asynchronous messages, but I haven’t heard more about it. Or if they are going to implement it, I only remember that they mentioned it on the page almost 2 years ago.
