For example, customer made a chat in pc website and then start same conversation in mobile website by clicking direct chat link.
i tried add userId parameter in direct chat link like : https://tawk.to/chat/xx/yy?userId=1234 but it not works. any way can archive that ?

Currently, the system will check for the IP and browser cookie to create a Contact in our system.
If the user chats once from a phone and once from PC, they will show up in the system as two separate Contacts.
In cases like this, you can use our Merge contact function to manually combine the chat histories for these contacts.
