I’d like to request a feature in Tawk.to that allows users to delete and edit existing tags to make tag management more flexible and efficient.

Hello Tawk.to Team,

I’d like to suggest a feature improvement for the Tawk.to dashboard. Currently, tags can be added to chats and contacts, but there is no option to delete or edit existing tags.

It would be very helpful if your platform allowed users to:

  1. Delete tags that are no longer needed.
  2. Edit tags to correct or update their names.

This enhancement would improve workflow efficiency, reduce clutter, and make tag management much more flexible.
