Implementing Multiple Page Selection Feature in Inbox Page


We are currently analyzing our chat analytics, and one issue that is quite frustrating is that when we select 50 chats at once and continue from there, the previous chat selection disappears. This is especially problematic for us because we have a large number of chats. Are there any plans to implement a ‘SELECT ALL’ feature, similar to email platforms, where we wouldn’t have to manually select each inbox page? Additionally, it seems somewhat counterintuitive that the previous selection disappears.

I have noted the seleciton inconsistency for our developers to look at.
We have overall reporting improvements planned for future updates that would allow for more data points to look out for. We will take your request into consideration.
