Improve Help Center Layout

Hi dev team,

First of all, I really like your service — you’re doing an amazing job. But there’s one small thing we’ve found a bit frustrating: the layout of the help center.

Why don’t you use the full width of the screen when displaying articles? Right now, everything is placed in a narrow column, which can look quite awkward, especially on mobile devices.

Alright, great to hear! I hate to say this, and I know it might get me some hate but I like Intercom’s UI/UX. If you could draw some small inspiration from that, Tawk.to would easily become the best system out there. Absolutely unbeatable!

Yeah, even though Tawk.to got a bit of a refresh, the design still isn’t great, to be honest. Intercom and Tidio Chat look way better they should take inspiration from them imo
