We like the notes feature for documenting and summarizing our interactions. but our notes are extensive and don’t always fit within the character limit imposed by the chat sidebar’s “notes” section. So we’ve been putting the notes in the case as a whisper. This works fine, but not if the customer ends the chat. Any whisper that’s not sent before the chat ends is lost. Increasing the character limit would be the simplest and most direct solution to this inconvenience.
