I would love a way to directly integrate the ticketing process into our app. Right now, users must open a live chat bubble to create tickets, which isn’t ideal. I’d prefer a dedicated page in our app where users can create, view, and respond to tickets with a full-sized form.
This is a basic need for a support system and one I hope you can soon provide via an embedded ticketing option or perhaps APIs that can handle a custom integration (creating tickets on behalf of users, etc).
