Currently users can directly copy and paste material into Knowledge Base. Is there a way that this could be expanded to allowing users to link website pages to Knowledge Base if those pages have specific and relevant information? Or would there be too many formatting issues to resolve?
Thank you for your suggestion. We’re currently planning a Quality-of-Life update for the Knowledge Base and we appreciate your feedback. Exploring the possibility of linking website pages to the KB is an interesting idea, and we will definitely take it into consideration.
