Is there any way to change widget messages text size and padding etc ?

Thank you for your request. Currently, it is not possible to adjust Font, Size, or Margins for the text displayed above the Widget. Our product team has plans for improvements of widget customizability in the future and your feedback will be taken into account.
A potential workaround for now could be uploading an image with text on it from Admininstration-> Channels-> Chat Widget-> Widget Content
