I am trying to make the chat widget with KB search more context aware, so it can automatically suggest articles. I don’t see a way to do this currently. I would suggest two related features: (1) a general KB search API and (2) a method in the javascript API to set the KB search input, or drive the recommended article list. This would open up a wide variety of possibilities to leverage the KB inside apps without having to redo indexing and search.
