Reorganising Article Order
It would be great to be able to reorder KB articles to allow users to have the option to reorganise where KB articles go. For instance right now it’s just done in the order of created/when published. It would be great to be able to just reorganise in either the category view or the manage articles view.
Better Formatting for Header Styles
A header should be able to be resized or at least set to bold if you wish for it. H3 and H4 all look the same but H5 looks too similar to Regular from the paragraph options.
URL Changes
Right now the articles are split into articles and categories. it would be cool if these could be merged.
ie. help . domain . com/category/category-name/article/article-slug
