Lead Capture Form Access on Mobile

So, typically, not having a dedicated customer service agent sitting at a desktop, i get notifications on my mobile and i can jump into a chat anytime. However, the lead capture form is not available to view on mobile. This is very limiting.

Can you make this available? I can see someone has filled it out, but there’s just no way to press and view it

At the moment, lead capture form details are best viewed from the desktop or web dashboard, as the mobile app has some limitations when it comes to displaying full form submissions. This is why you can see that a form was submitted but don’t have an option to open and view its contents on mobile.

We agree that this would be a valuable improvement, especially for users who rely heavily on mobile notifications. We’ll be happy to pass this feedback along to our product team for consideration in future updates.
