We have the problem that many people want to give us the positive hand and mistakenly give us the negative one. It is somewhat confusing, many people do things in a hurry and unintentionally misqualify us. Maybe that can be solved better or easier.

Yes, the truth is that the way visitors leave their rating for the service is not very good; it’s confusing. It should rather present an option when the chat ends imo

Please look at an improved client chat rating system. One you have currently not really intuitive.
Perhaps look at integration with other service providers? We make use of simplesat(.)io for our WHMCS tickets and it’s magic.
