Right now, we can set up a webhook POST to Zapier, that allows us to grab basic attributes of a new visitor chat (name, email, phone etc…), and import them into our CRM (Hubspot).
It would be SUPER helpful to be able to include ANY Contact attributes in the Zapier webhook POST (both native and custom). It would be as simple as having a Webhook settings panel to check off the attributes that you want to be included in the POST.
There is so much more info that we would like to have automated. Right now we have to copy and paste everything else manually… kind of crazy that this isn’t an obvious feature.

End goal:
Using the API, we can setAttributes on certain chat events, based on real-time or first party data provided by the user. These are stored in attributes within Tawk.to Contacts. And a webhook POST would make this all available to update or create a new contact in Hubspot.
Can we get this flexibility please?
