Please add the possibility to merge tickets. More than one ticket may have been created by the same client or have come from different chats. It would be great to have all communication in one ticket.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion on improving ticket management. Unfortunately, due to technical limitations related to mail forwarding, we currently cannot implement ticket merging.
For a holistic view of all user communication, we recommend utilizing the Contacts Timeline, accessible from the Contacts section at the top of your dashboard. It provides an integrated view of all tickets, chats, browsing sessions, and team notes related to each contact.
We’re working on significant updates for our Inbox. Rest assured, your request for enhanced ticket management options is duly noted and will be considered in our forthcoming updates.
