More customization for the design of knowledge base

Hello ! Im really want to make my knowledge Base more beautiful , but i cant , there is a lot of limits in the customizations …

so i though about a new suggestion that will make things more customizable …
List of things that need to get more customizable :

  • Submit ticket form - need a really big update if its the fields or if its the design customization
  • Page layout - wow that need immediately update . all the knowledge bases seems the same ! there is no something i can customization for make my Knowledge Base seeing different from others businnes Knowledge bases … Like the location of the logo , or the name of the company , or the search section , or the buttons place …

I really be happy if you will take attention for that ! that really important !
