In the reports tab, it would be interesting to add the department filter, for a better analysis of chats attended and tickets resolved

Thank you for your feedback. We are in the process of expanding our list of datapoints for our Reporting section that’s due for a quality-of-life update later this year. Let us know if you have any other feedback or suggestions.
