If all agents are busy and the AI doesn’t know how to answer questions, suggest opening a ticket automatically.

Thank you for your suggestion. Our developer team is currently working on a feature that would help with automated escalations and human takeover notifications.
While this is in the works, as a current workaround it is possible to instruct AI Assist using Base Prompt instructions to send pre-written messages to visitors which can include instructions for calling/emailing/following URL.
