I would love to have the option to turn off the confirmation email that is send automaticly after a client submits a Ticket in the Knowledge base. Also it is send in English, but if/when we use it I would like to change the language.

At the moment, the confirmation email sent after a client submits a ticket via the Knowledge Base is a system-generated message. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to disable this email or customize its content, including changing the language.
