Organize articles posted to the knowledge base in alphabetical order rather than in order in which they were released
You can manage the arrangement of your KB articles by clicking on the Category count number:
This bings up a window that allows you to drag and drop articles in a sequence you prefer:

In this case, I am referring to when the end user opens the knowledge base page, there the topics are organized in order of release and not in alphabetical order.
