Please bring back the direct Pre-Chat form!

I am a tawk to user since 2020, It never came to a point that I would have needed to write a request in community.
After the last update, the widget now shows “New Conversation” Hi there box, instead of the prechat form directly.

I would also like this feature. I am using a pre-chat form to direct chats to the related departments and having the user have to click the “New Conversation” button, fill out a form, and then finally chat seems like just too many steps that will cause a decrease in users using the chat feature as they want an immediate interaction.
