We have been using tawk.to for years. Since Yesterday, we have been receiving missed call alerts even though all agents are offline or invisible.
Usually, we receive tickets when all agents are invisible which seems not working since yesterday. What am I missing here? What should I do to fix it.?

Thanks for reaching out. Due to popular demand, we recently added a toggle that allows you to choose whether you want the widget to go offline when none of your agents are online.
This enables businesses to engage their visitors and capture leads around the clock, even if they haven’t set up their AI chatbot yet.
If you’d like to disable this feature, go to Admin > Channels > Chat Widget and toggle ‘Widget offline when all Agent(s) offline’ ON.
