Redirects To Another Platform

Do you have a feature to Tawk that the chat button on contact form can be used to redirect to another specific platform aside from using Live Chat feature, for example Viber?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t have the option to add a button with an external link to our Pre-Chat/Offline forms. However, we do have a workaround using the Cards system in our widget.

To do this, please go to the Admin Panel and select Chat Widget. From there, you can configure the Cards for the different stages of the widget (Online, Away, Offline, Pre-Chat). If you add an Image card, you can set the Source URL (where the image comes from) and Link URL (where the user is taken to when they click on the image). For example, you can create a rectangular image that says “Reach out to us on” and have it link to
