It would be great if we could embed images while creating a shortcut message. We can enter an image during live chat but it is unfortunately unavailable when it comes to create a shortcut message.

I agree. Would be great to be able to embed or add some images on shortcut messages. Most of the time users need direction with images.

You can now add elements to Shortcuts, which include files, suggested messages, and even a ticket form (which can be used for escalating chats).

Hi there, we are in need of using this feature, however it is possible to cycle through a set of different responses? ie: we want to have 10 possible QR codes for our customers to scan and we’d like the bot to respond round-robin with a different QR every time it is asked a similar question, is that possible?

Currently, AI Assist or Apollo can only provide one set response per query and doesn’t support round-robin or random cycling between multiple responses.
If you’d like to offer different QR codes or responses, you can manually set conditions or create separate intents/questions with different answers — but the bot won’t automatically rotate between them.
I’ll share your suggestion with our development team as feedback. Having a feature to cycle or randomize responses could be useful for dynamic interactions like yours.
