I need to be able to enhance the information on customers and companies. I have tons of data like social accounts, phone, websites, connections, etc. All you have fields for, but would take forever to enter on each new ticket.
Why will you not allow us to use it to do good instead of only having a readonly version.
It would take a developer less than an hour to get this done and its so needed to make this the perfect tool for CRM
