Send Form Email Notification to a Different Email Based on Time Submitted

I think a great feature that could be added would be to be able to set the form submission notifications to send to different emails based on the time of day the form is submitted. That way you can set it to send to one email during normal business hours and to another email during the evenings and weekends.
