Hello, as you know there are pre-chat feature provide get contact the customer informations by form. But we want to send form after start the chat. So I want to send form by using shortcuts. For example I talked with customer and deal. Now I can get contact information. I will write /contactForm and send form. Or I can request medical form from customer. (Because we’re in health torusim area)
