Hello, we are trying to use the Direct Chat Link in SMS messages. With the limited space in a single text message (and bulk text solutions charging for text length), the length of the Direct Chat Link in the Channel Chat Widget presents significant challenges. Some carries in the USA do not accept TinyURL shortening as it hides the original URL. Shortening the DCL (with tawk.to in the URL) would be extremely beneficial when using it in SMS messages.
