At the moment, some features available on the web dashboard are not yet supported on the mobile app. However, we’re continuously working on improvements, and your request has been noted for review by our development team.
Regarding the automatic message system on tickets via email — this isn’t currently available, but I’ll make sure to pass your suggestion along to our product team for consideration in future updates.
