Today It will only show the tags available when you type the first letter or the keyword and my request is if its possible to include a list the all tags we have already use and mark them - like a check box without the necessity to write the first letter.

I understand that you would like to see a list of all the tags that have been used and have the option to easily select them without having to type the first letter. This would certainly be a useful addition for many users.
We have added this to our product backlog for consideration in future updates to our software.
