Tags in column & changing status

Hello there,

it would be very helpful for us if we could change the “status” also after a chat is “closed” already back to “open” or to “check”.

One other thing that would come in handy would be if the “tags” in an individual chat were its own column next to “Details”, “Agents/Assignee”,…
