its getting very good, as young devil said it looks cleaner and more up to date, the only issue is that there are still some parts showing other language than the one selected without and option to change it, also the floating button on mobile devices remains quite big to be honest, it should be a little bit smaller.

Thanks! I think I would definitely prioritize chat widget window animation (since it’s basically 10 lines of css) as well as bringing back the quick reply text bar in triggers. Since it was removed (at least for me, removing that feature made me switch to LiveChat - it caused an extreme engagement drop for my visitors, especially on mobile).:
