Alternatively, if you’re looking to have multiple agents collaborate on your tawk.to account, you can easily achieve this by inviting them as Property Members. Here’s a quick guide:

  1. Navigate to :gear:Administration ➞ User Management ➞ Property Members.
  2. Click on “Invite Member.”
  3. Manually input the email addresses and roles of the agents you’re inviting, then click the green “Send Invitation” button. Alternatively, you can use the “Import from CSV” feature if you have the details in a CSV file.
  4. Each invited member will receive an email notification. If they don’t have a tawk.to account, they’ll be prompted to sign up. If they already have an account, they’ll receive a Dashboard notification to join your property.

Once your team accepts the invitation, you’ll be all set to respond to chats collaboratively!

Same thing here. I run multiple businesses and would like to have several accounts linked to the mobile app.

This is already a feature, you can add as many properties (websites) as you like.

Hi Robert, what about if we have different accounts for different websites? For example, I have 2 Tawk accounts each linked to a different website. Is there a way to have 2 separate accounts (I don’t want to add a property as these are different companies and should be completely split).

Hi @JeffMatte, I would recommend keeping a single user account from which you manage all of your properties. You can create as many properties as you’d like. You can invite different members to every one of your properties to keep their access separate.

Kris, if I lose access to the company email for some reason, I lose access to all the other accounts. Please think about it. Each company must be segregated it’s very important. Also, I don’t know any CISO that would accept that a company email manage other companies’ tools.

Same request here.

The scenario is that i have two separate businesses, one is my own, the other i am a partner in.

I want to keep my own business separate with its own account and login, but I’d like to be able to answer chats on both businesses via the same session.

I understand you can have multiple properties, but they cannot all exist under the same tawk.to account as they are separate business.

If this is not possible, id like to suggest it.

Actually, you can! A tawk.to account is designed to be connected with an unlimited number of properties/businesses.

To manage both businesses via the same session, I recommend inviting your personal account to both properties. This way, you can seamlessly answer chats for both without needing separate logins.
