Toggling between ongoing active chats

Hey guys, I noticed that it is possible to seamlessly cruise through chats in the inbox section. However, that is not true of ongoing active chats.

Is it possible to create a shortcut that enables toggling between active, ongoing chats?

won’t work… btw… i meant the individual chats in the left panel where all the visitors are shown… i am well aware it is possible to toggle between already opened chats by using the tab key…

Thanks for clarifying. I’m sorry, but we don’t have an option to toggle between unopened and all ongoing chats in the left panel at the moment.
