I have had feedback that the “floating” questions that show in the chat box look very unprofessional and would love for tawk to have a traditional option so everything appears in a properly framed chat box like most traditional chat pop ups instead of individual questions floating in their own bubbles

Have you tried enabling the “Disable the message preview” option? This setting makes the chat widget pop up directly, giving it a more traditional, framed chat box appearance rather than showing individual floating messages.
